As an Account Executive II , you’ll play a key role in driving growth by developing new business relationships, crafting strategic proposals, and guiding clients through the full sales process—from first conversation to long-term partnership. NOTE: This position is open to remote, but there is a strong preference for candidates residing near the assigned territory (i.e. CA, NV, OR, WA).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of proven success in sales , preferably in solution-based or B2B environments.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect and build rapport.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
  • Resilience, accountability, and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan and detailed business strategies to meet or exceed your sales goals and quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate across teams to share market feedback and drive customer-centric improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.
