About The Position

Taxwell is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive with a primary focus on new sales and high-volume transactions of our tax preparation software. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients, driving revenue through direct sales efforts, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales, preferably within the software, technology, or financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to close new business in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experienced in solution selling, using discovery to identify and address prospective client needs and deliver an effective value proposition.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and sales activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to unique market dynamics.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of tax preparation software or financial services is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring they align with our B2B product target market.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to maximize sales opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Sales Performance: Present and demonstrate Taxwell tax preparation solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed high-volume sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and well-organized sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Provide forecasts and updates on sales progress to leadership.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to align on campaigns and drive sales initiatives.
  • Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless handoff for new clients.
