About The Position

As an Account Executive II, you’ll own the full sales cycle and build relationships with new clients who are looking for solutions that truly support their mission. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys uncovering opportunities, earning trust, and guiding clients from first conversation through signed agreement—and beyond. Travel: Approximately 50%

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility
  • Comfort working independently while staying accountable to team goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and self-direct in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organization, time-management, and attention to detail
  • Confidence navigating databases and CRM tools
  • A strong work ethic and follow-through mindset
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of professional sales experience
  • Experience using CRM software (such as Salesforce)
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative selling

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute thoughtful business plans to achieve assigned sales goals and quotas
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Lead product presentations and conversations that connect client needs to Daxko solutions
  • Develop proposals and manage the contract process with accuracy and care
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing professional, responsive post-sale support
  • Stay closely connected to clients to understand their goals and evolving needs
  • Address questions, concerns, or issues in a way that strengthens trust and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
