The team comprises Creatives, Strategists, Media Specialists, Analysts, and Technologists across 50 offices in 25 countries. The company is seeking an Account Executive, Digital Client Service, an experienced digital and social media marketer, to manage and drive digital and social programs for an iconic global retail brand. This role offers an opportunity to apply expertise and creative thinking to solve business problems using digital best practices within the industry's largest communications agency. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in digital or social media marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an advertising, digital or integrated agency environment preferred
  • A deep understanding of the role that digital and social media plays in a client’s communication mix
  • Acute attention to detail and superior written and communication skills
  • The ability to assist in the development of online marketing and digital engagement campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically and cultivate insights through research
  • Basic knowledge of website structure, digital and social media

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
  • Simultaneously coordinate multiple campaigns/initiatives
  • Work independently to manage campaigns/initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Participate in and attend client meetings/conference calls
  • Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients
  • Work with marketing and PR teams on client strategies and provide independent thinking and research that helps lead to insights
  • Contribute to influencer engagement programs
  • Work under deadline with/for senior-level clients
  • Exhibit effective project management working closely with digital account and creative teams
  • Support digital audits and create measurement reports
