About The Position

Do you thrive on developing new relationships and optimizing business opportunities? PubMatic is seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions to join our exceptional team of sellers! As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new relationships while growing and managing existing partnerships. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to exceed revenue targets, implement strategic programs, and communicate effectively across all levels. Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Professional: Two plus years’ in sales or business development within digital advertising, particularly focused on building and nurturing new relationships. Relevant experience includes working with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, and ad agencies.
  • Programmatic Advertising Expert: Strong knowledge of programmatic buying and selling, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong Presenter & Negotiator: Skilled in crafting compelling presentations (PowerPoint) and negotiating effectively with clients.
  • Adaptable & Agile: Flexible, start-up mindset with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform spend growth to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new business.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide ongoing direct client management and entertainment.
  • Work closely with agency partners, delivering exceptional customer service and proactive media packaging of publisher opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing clients to maximize account potential.
  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic’s technology and media solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to drive business growth.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, Ad Solutions, and Product Management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay ahead of industry trends.
