About The Position

The Account leader will serve as ABM’s senior site leader at TSMC Semiconductor in Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees sustaining facility services and project support, including cleanroom operations, gas and chemical systems, AMHS integration, and tool install coordination. The Account Director ensures operational performance, safety compliance, and cross-functional alignment to support fab uptime and site expansion.
This position is ideal for a proven field leader with semiconductor experience and strong project execution skills who is ready to step into broader account ownership.

Requirements

• 7 or more years in semiconductor or cleanroom facility environments.
• 3–5 years in project management or operations leadership roles.
• Experience with fab tool install, AMHS systems, or gas/chemical systems.
• Strong safety record and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Hands-on field leader with high accountability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Safety-driven, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Ready to grow into full account ownership

Nice To Haves

• Military, OEM, or high-tech construction background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as ABM’s primary site lead and point of contact for Samsung facility stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of ABM’s services with client expectations and fab objectives.
• Maintain strong daily relationships and escalate issues proactively.
• Oversee gas/chemical systems, cleanroom support, and critical utilities.
• Manage site KPIs for safety, reliability, and performance.
• Lead coordination between ABM teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support TSMC’s tool install, AMHS integration, and construction scopes.
• Partner with internal PMs and SMEs to ensure smooth transitions between sustaining and project work.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards during high-activity phases.
• Lead ABM site team including supervisors, coordinators, and technicians.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and training.
• Promote a culture of safety, ownership, and collaboration.
• Monitor budget, staffing, and materials at the site level.
• Identify service improvement and scope expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to long-term ABM strategy with Samsung.
