SUMMARY The Account Director leads sales and sales administration efforts for the McDonald’s Americas Account. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth through strategic account leadership, building and sustaining trusted relationships with key McDonald’s contacts and OEM partners, enabling strong sales execution through field leadership, expanding emerging market opportunities, and delivering consistent and exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates bring proven leadership experience, strong sales and marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering results. Significant domestic and international travel is required to maintain customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and represent the company at meetings, conferences, and conventions.
