About The Position

We are seeking a driven and passionate Account Director to join our Expansion Sales team, responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term success within Zenoti’s most strategic North America accounts. As a trusted advisor, you’ll strengthen executive relationships, ensure customers realize the full value of Zenoti, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of our AI-powered, all-in-one platform. This role is ideal for a consultative sales leader who thrives in enterprise SaaS, can build executive alignment, and is passionate about helping customers grow their businesses with the latest in AI and cloud technology.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion.
  • Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles withing the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Zenoti’s add-on solutions and AI-powered products.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align Zenoti with customers’ business strategies.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that address customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and expansion across locations and solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor client health and usage metrics, surfacing opportunities for optimization and measurable ROI.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation in internal systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide forward-looking guidance to clients.
