GTT is looking for an Account Director to lead new-name acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, engaging senior decision-makers, and translating customer challenges into impactful global connectivity solutions. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across new and existing enterprise customers. You will sell GTT’s full portfolio of connectivity, cloud, and networking solutions while working closely with internal sales, engineering, and marketing partners to build a strong pipeline and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Must live within the South Central part of the United States: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana or New Mexico
  • 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven success selling complex technology, networking, or communications solutions
  • Experience engaging senior executives and translating business needs into solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Miller Heiman)
  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence discussing technical topics

Responsibilities

  • Target new enterprise customers to initiate conversations and create qualified opportunities
  • Penetrate existing accounts to uncover pain points and expand solution adoption
  • Sell GTT’s full suite of solutions, including SD‑WAN, MPLS, Internet, and cloud connectivity
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through personal initiatives and marketing support
  • Engage confidently with C‑level stakeholders to understand business needs and present value‑driven solutions
  • Lead opportunities from discovery through development and close
  • Collaborate across the sales ecosystem to drive success and customer outcomes
