About The Position

The Account Director drives new client acquisition through focused business development across targeted industries and strategic trade shows. You will own the pursuit from first conversation through proposal, win, activation, and renewal. You are not inheriting a book of business. You are building one. Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in a creative, experiential, or high-stakes industry (trade shows, events, marketing, design, or similar)
  • Demonstrated success in formal RFP and competitive bid environments
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills (HubSpot preferred)
