About The Position

Ntara is a leading PXM (product experience management) consultancy that helps manufacturers and brands modernize their digital ecosystems. With deep expertise in PIM, DAM, and ecommerce strategy, we empower brands and product-focused companies to deliver consistent, trustworthy product experiences across digital channels by simplifying systems, centralizing data, and implementing solutions that drive growth and value. Our work spans consulting, technology, and process optimization, giving you the chance to tackle complex challenges that truly impact our clients’ businesses. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love solving problems, and want to make a measurable difference, Ntara might be the place for you. The Account Director is responsible for the strategic growth, retention, and overall success of existing client accounts while supporting Ntara’s new business efforts. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for mid-to-enterprises-sized clients, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers measurable value through digital strategy, technical expertise and exceptional service. Account Directors partner closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate those goals into actionable digital initiatives. They lead annual planning and budgeting efforts, guide solution development, and remain actively involved throughout the full lifecycle of each engagement. Unlike many systems integrators, Ntara ensures that Account Directors stay engaged long after a project is sold—allowing for deeper relationships, stronger outcomes, and long-term client success. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of digital experts, including PIM and DAM specialists, e-commerce strategists, developers, analysts, marketers, project managers, and industry experts. While supported by this team, the Account Director leads the charge—owning the client relationship, setting expectations, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategy. An excellent communicator and natural collaborator, the Account Director plays a critical role in making every client interaction the highlight of their day. Equally important is the ability to rally internal teams, manage complexity, and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
