About The Position

Redwood is a retention-first email agency partnering with fast-moving 8 - 9 figure DTC brands. We’re looking for a senior Account Director to lead customer lifecycle strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a strategic leadership role. You should have experience working with large brands, know what great lifecycle marketing looks like, and be able to guide both planning and execution from end to end, on enterprise level builds.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing
  • Real experience with larger or complex brands
  • Deep Klaviyo expertise, beyond the standard sets of plug-and-play flows
  • Experience with enterprise retention and marketing automations
  • Strong strategic thinking and client leadership skills
