We’re looking for an Account Director to lead Influencer + VIP across a portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This is not a coordination role, it’s a culture-driving, relationship-led, revenue-minded position. You should be deeply embedded in the talent ecosystem - influencers, celebrity, stylists, managers, publicists, agents, etc. - and know how to translate relationships into moments that move brands forward. You understand the full spectrum of influence: Micro → Macro → Mega Organic → Paid → Affiliate-driven performance Cultural relevance → Commercial impact You don’t just follow trends, you spot them early, shape them, and plug brands into them in a way that feels earned.
