About The Position

We’re looking for an Account Director to lead Influencer + VIP across a portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This is not a coordination role, it’s a culture-driving, relationship-led, revenue-minded position. You should be deeply embedded in the talent ecosystem - influencers, celebrity, stylists, managers, publicists, agents, etc. - and know how to translate relationships into moments that move brands forward. You understand the full spectrum of influence: Micro → Macro → Mega Organic → Paid → Affiliate-driven performance Cultural relevance → Commercial impact You don’t just follow trends, you spot them early, shape them, and plug brands into them in a way that feels earned.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience across influencer, VIP, or talent
  • Proven ability to execute across: Micro → Macro → Mega influencers Organic + Paid + Affiliate programs
  • Deep, active relationships with celebrity stylists
  • Strong understanding of what’s culturally relevant right now, and what’s next
  • Experience integrating affiliate / performance (ShopMy, LTK, etc.) into programs
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
  • Highly organized, but not rigid; comfortable moving fast and figuring things out

Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior lead across Influencer/VIP workstreams, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes
  • Act as the client’s go-to for all things talent, translating business goals into culturally relevant partnerships
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities (campaigns, partnerships, always-on programs)
  • Partner with senior leadership to evolve scopes and scale programs
  • Build and lead full-funnel influencer + VIP strategies across: Organic seeding Paid partnerships Celebrity + stylist dressing Affiliate / performance programs (ShopMy, LTK, etc.)
  • Identify the right mix of voices - from niche authority to mass reach - to drive both credibility and conversion
  • Concept and execute campaigns that tap into culture, not just calendars
  • Translate trends, moments, and emerging platforms into actionable brand opportunities
  • Own and grow relationships across: Talent managers, agents + publicists Celebrity stylists + glam teams
  • Drive consistent celebrity dressing moments, placements, and cultural visibility
  • Identify and secure high-impact talent partnerships (earned + paid)
  • Secure celebrity sightings and moments that extend into media + social
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer + talent campaigns: Talent sourcing + vetting Negotiation + contracting Content direction + approvals Reporting + performance optimization
  • Lead seeding programs that actually land, not just send product
  • Concept standout mailers and moments that cut through feeds and group chats
  • Ensure all programs ladder back to clear KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, affiliate performance)
  • Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems (ShopMy, LTK, Impact, etc.)
  • Ability to build programs that bridge brand and performance
  • Partner with clients on commission structures, tracking, and optimization
  • Identify influencers who drive not just content, but commerce
  • Maintain and continuously grow a high-value, highly responsive network across: Influencers (all tiers) Celebrity + VIP Stylists Managers, agents, publicists
  • Be known as someone who gets things done quickly and well
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate junior team members across influencer + VIP
  • Set the bar for taste, speed, and execution
  • Foster a team culture that is proactive, plugged-in, and solutions-oriented
