Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is redefining how fans engage with the moments they care about — across Fanatics Sportsbook, Fanatics Markets, Fanatics Casino, and the Fanatics App. We're building something that's never existed at this scale, and there's no playbook to copy. As Director, Talent at FBG, you will own the strategy, development, and scale of our influencer, creator, and talent ecosystem — building the engine that drives brand relevance, cultural impact, and customer acquisition across our full portfolio of consumer products. You will define how creators, talent, and cultural voices show up across campaigns and always-on programs, balancing paid partnerships with earned influence to drive relevance, credibility, and performance.Reporting to the VP, Brand Communications, this is a senior leadership role responsible for building FBG's talent function from the ground up — setting the long-term vision, managing high-impact partnerships, and creating scalable programs that deliver measurable business results across every product in the ecosystem. The ideal candidate is part casting director, part cultural strategist, and part operator — someone who understands how the right talent at the right moment drives culture, credibility, and business impact.
