The Account Director leads client relationships and plays a critical role in retention and growth. This role is high-impact, client-facing, and contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership. In this role, you will develop strategic campaigns, build and expand executive relationships, develop expertise in Fetch’s offerings, and apply tools and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency across your pod. As an experienced account professional, you’ll lead strategic conversations, shape account progression, and coach others while expanding Fetch’s impact. You are expected to leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to drive efficiencies, improve data accuracy, and enhance client engagement. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
