About The Position

We’re seeking an Account Director to lead major portions of the PepsiCo Creative Studio business, with a core focus on content and production. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who understands how to steward world-class creative work while managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, production realities, and P&L accountability. You’ll be a central force in shaping culture, strengthening relationships, and ensuring the PepsiCo Studio delivers high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work for PepsiCo’s iconic beverage brands, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade and many others.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency (or like) experience in account leadership, production, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record leading large, complex accounts with multiple workstreams.
  • Deep understanding of content and production processes across channels and formats.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&Ls and managing budgets at scale.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
  • Experience working with external vendors, production partners, and internal creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership: Own and lead significant scopes of the PepsiCo Creative Studio business, ensuring operational excellence and creative integrity.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted senior partner to PepsiCo stakeholders, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on problem solving.
  • Creative Stewardship: Protect and elevate the quality of creative work, partnering closely with creative and production leaders from brief through delivery.
  • Production Expertise: Oversee content production across the full spectrum—film, digital, social, OOH, experiential, and emerging formats, both within the Studio and in partnership with external agencies.
  • P&L Management: Manage financial health across your accounts, including forecasting, staffing plans, scopes, and vendor budgets.
  • Stakeholder Balance: Navigate and align internal teams, clients, and external vendors to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.
  • Culture & Leadership: Set the tone for collaboration, accountability, and high performance across cross-functional teams.

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
