We’re looking for an ADR to help us take our inbound lead generation and qualification efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a curious, extroverted go-getter who thrives on asking probing questions, creative problem solving, data analytics, and collaborating for success.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience with telecom services or in a B2B sales environment.
  • Aptitude for deep listening to uncover and help resolve customer pain points
  • Strong transitional skills, moving leads into the sales pipeline
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, marketing, or analyst role, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Be a team player, understanding that our team succeeds or fails together.
  • Act with honesty and integrity both internally and with potential customers.
  • Stay curious to learn quickly and constantly about our business and to get to know the people and the companies who partner with us.
  • Cultivate confidence to deftly handle difficult customer situations, contribute your ideas to our team, and to seek support when needed.
  • Ability to travel periodically to office locations or tradeshows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working understanding of Network Connex services and solutions, target customers, industry trends, and internal teams and resources to be able to evaluate potential leads and speak knowledgeably about our offerings.
  • Research inbound and outbound leads to identify high potential opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to leads via email, phone, or social media to understand their needs, budget, and timeline and provide high level info on our capabilities.
  • Introduce each sales-qualified Lead to the assigned sales owner, including in each handoff a useful lead profile developed from research and initial conversations.
  • Maintain detailed and thorough records of opportunities, tracking them from initial contact to win/loss closure in company CRM systems.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop ideas to capitalize on opportunities.
  • This is a new role within the organization so the ability to conceive and launch new processes and develop this role into a successful contributor to the sales team will be key.
  • Meet lead qualification and sales closure goals to earn sales commission.
