Rivet, a Zelis company, is seeking a driven Account Development Manager (ADM) to help build and grow our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective healthcare customers. As an Account Development Manager (ADM), you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and connect healthcare organizations with solutions that improve their financial and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to build a career in sales
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) or similar platforms
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective healthcare organizations aligned with Rivet’s ideal customer profile
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn/social selling)
  • Personalize messaging to effectively engage and educate prospects
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Assess fit and position Rivet’s solutions accordingly
  • Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline
  • Ensure smooth, well-documented handoffs
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Manage follow-ups and pipeline hygiene to support reporting and forecasting
  • Contribute to refining outreach strategies, messaging, and sales plays
  • Share market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
