About The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting delivery program launch in your area. You will be key in recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, and facilitate the application process. You will also drive recruitment through community engagement and organize recruitment events. This position involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner successfully converted.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in outside/field sales.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technologies.
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses in targeted towns up to two hours away.
Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest.
Qualify and guide businesses through the application process, managing activities in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events.
Work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import data into Salesforce weekly.
Drive referrals through community organizations.
