We’re seeking a driven, people‑focused Account Development Executive to support the launch of a new delivery program across Stillwater, MN; Hudson, WI; and River Falls, WI. This field‑based role is perfect for someone who enjoys community engagement, building relationships, and driving growth. You’ll travel up to two hours within your territory to meet local businesses, present program benefits, and guide partners through onboarding. The role offers competitive base pay, uncapped commission, weekly mileage reimbursement, and a paid cell phone. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You'll collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors, visiting prospective businesses, pitching the program, qualifying businesses, guiding them through the application process, and coordinating recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission incentives for partner conversions.
