As a Sales Development Executive, you’ll serve as the face of the program - connecting with local businesses, sharing an exciting new service offering, and helping them join a fast-growing delivery partner network. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, with field/outside sales required.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Confidence in outbound sales and relationship-building conversations.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Enthusiastic professional demeanor and a sense of urgency to meet goals.
  • Ability to handle travel of up to four hours round trip daily.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective local businesses (door-to-door) within a two-hour radius to introduce and pitch the new program.
  • Present compelling value propositions and spark interest through confident, consultative conversations.
  • Qualify interested businesses and walk them through a simple application process.
  • Maintain and manage your pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
  • Partner with your Field Manager to plan and execute events such as lunch-and-learns, community meetings, and recruitment sessions.
  • Build relationships with community influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups to drive referrals.
  • Import and update Salesforce data weekly using Excel files.
