About The Position

This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The position involves recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. The role requires collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program opportunity, qualify prospects, guide them through the application process, and organize recruitment events. The position involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers the potential to earn commission.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Outside/Field Sales experience required.
  • CRM experience required, with a preference for Salesforce.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Somali preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in multiple systems.
  • Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Somali preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns, traveling up to a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activities and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain records.
