About The Position

As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of staffing needs. Requirements

Experience in healthcare staffing or a fast-paced support role
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, organized team player who can handle confidential info with care

Responsibilities

Support Locums assignment operations by collaborating closely with account managers and our logistics team to ensure alignment and up-to-date communication
Build and maintain accurate shift, rate, travel, and billing details in Salesforce
Send clear, timely confirmation letters to clients and providers
Monitor and update shifts based on changing client needs
Audit timesheet submissions to ensure correct, accurate rates applied
