Vault Communications, a 2024 and 2025 winner of The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces award and a five-time recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work designation, is on the lookout for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator position is the first “entry level” position in the agency, and a public relations professional who will work as part of a larger account team in the agency in a support role. The Account Coordinator will focus almost exclusively on learning critical tactical skills such as media relations, research, different forms of writing, etc., and professional skills, such as listening, interpersonal communication, presenting, working in a team structure, time management/prioritization and personal accountability and transparency. PLEASE NOTE: 2-3 internships in public relations are absolutely required for this position.
