About The Position

Are you highly organized, proactive, and motivated by supporting high-performing sales leaders? We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who acts as an extension of the Major Account Manager—handling coordination, follow-up, and administrative execution. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience and supporting revenue and gross profit objectives. This position may be remote or hybrid, depending on experience and location. The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Major Account Managers by ensuring day-to-day account activity is organized, responsive, and executed accurately. You’ll help manage communication, documentation, CRM updates, and internal coordination—allowing sales leaders to stay focused on strategic relationships and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, client-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • CRM experience is preferred (Hubspot or similar).
  • Experience supporting sales, account management, or customer success roles preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or client-facing administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting communication and follow-up on behalf of the Major Account Manager.
  • Support resolution of minor client issues and service requests under guidance.
  • Escalate larger, more complex, or strategic client requests to the appropriate internal team.
  • Conduct service follow-up communication to confirm resolution and reinforce client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, proposals, and sales support materials.
  • Support email sequences and automated client newsletters aligned to account strategy.
  • Assist with desktop sales initiatives to increase adoption across the Major Account Manager’s client portfolio.
  • Support fulfillment of replacement sales requests (ATM, ITM, TCR) following defined processes and approvals.
  • Coordinate internally with service, parts, accounting, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, and activity tracking to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor account activity and flag risks, delays, renewals, or expansion opportunities for the Major Account Manager.
  • Support achievement of the overall gross profit goals of the Major Account Manager through execution, follow-up, and sales enablement.
  • Provide coverage and administrative support as needed to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
