The Account Coordinator is a personable, professional individual who will provide administrative support and services to the Account Representatives and Benefit Consultants

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2 years related experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and stay organized.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Account Representatives, including but not limited to scanning, reconciling reports, and updating files.
  • Process applications from Benefit Counselors.
  • Reconcile reports received from insurance carriers.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
