About The Position

The Account Coordinator supports the Account Management team by performing tasks associated with the maintenance and building of client accounts. Connects with customers within a specific MRR range with the objective to schedule meetings with the assigned Account Manager to drive revenue growth/upsell opportunities. Base salary range: $50,000-60,000 per year (based on relevant experience) on a 70/30 plan for up-to $78,570 on target earnings.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales support/business development/account management support.
  • Proven to be reliable, customer-focused, and a team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Strives to maintain communication and collaboration between sales and customers.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Must be confident and able to collaborate effectively with all departments and all levels within the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Motivated to contact existing customers while maintaining a kind, respectful, and positive disposition.
  • Naturally inquisitive, driven for success, and excited to identify growth opportunities based on customer accounts and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from existing customers to identify potential growth opportunities and determine if the customer would be interested in a follow-up meeting with the assigned Account Manager.
  • Plan and schedule customer meetings, and coordinates demonstrations of new products/add-ons/etc.
  • Drive sales cycles for smaller, transactional opportunities that may arise through customer conversations.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients and other departmental personnel to provide support and coordination.
  • Quickly identify non-sales needs in web chats and tickets, provide the appropriate information to other departments (support/billing/etc.), and maintain a high quality customer experience.
  • Support the sales team in meeting defined SLAs.
  • Support sales projects/initiatives upon request.
