Job Summary Job Purpose: Sales and Marketing This position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales/Management, and Account Executives/Managers regarding client and business partner requests to include claim/data issues, sales products,/sales reports, or other types of inquiries and requests. Utilizing available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction. BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales Manager, and Account Executives regarding claim, billing, sales support, membership, or other types of inquiries and requests. Utilizing available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in the Dental, Ancillary or HealthCare benefit industry OR 6 years of business experience and 2 years’ experience in any of the following areas: Sales support, marketing business analysis customer service.
  • Must also possess: Experience in building and maintaining lasting relationships, with internal and external customers.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player, customer focused.
