About The Position

In this role, as the remote Account Coordinator, you will operate at the center of VP Racing’s Retail Consumer Products division, supporting key retail accounts while ensuring seamless execution across order management, customer portals, EDI, and internal coordination. You will work closely with the Director of Consumer Products, Key Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational accuracy, and proactively support revenue growth. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that customer requirements are met consistently and accurately, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, prevent retail fines, and strengthen account relationships. You will act as a connector between Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Fulfillment to ensure accounts remain aligned, informed, and supported.

  • Bachelors degree and/or prior experience with ERP and/or CRM systems (NetSuite preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to assigned retail and consumer product accounts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams as needed
  • Proactively resolve issues for accounts and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a backup to the Senior Account Coordinator and Key Account Managers as required
  • Accurately enter and process sales orders and customer data in NetSuite
  • Manage all incoming Consumer Products orders, including customer portal requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of EDI, monitoring and troubleshooting issues promptly
  • Ensure order, shipping, and invoicing requirements are executed accurately and consistently
  • Maintain proficiency in individual account requirements and protocols
  • Assist in training Shipping and Fulfillment teams on proper account procedures
  • Partner with Operations and Accounting to dispute retail fines and implement preventative measures
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Sales Management on credit-related matters
  • Process returns accurately and within required timelines
  • Assist with e-commerce portal content updates and maintenance
  • Support initiatives to improve content accuracy and performance scores across retailer platforms (e.g., Retail Link, TSC IDM, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Parts Hub)
  • Complete new item setup forms as assigned
  • Attend and assist at tradeshows, sales meetings, sample sales, and retail events as needed
  • Support special projects, assignments, and operational initiatives as assigned
