Job Summary: This position will assist senior account managers with the assigned book of business, renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, enter client activity in the agency system.

Requirements

Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
High attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, data entry of client activity in the agency system.
Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters.
Meet with clients as needed.
Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner.
Organize and prioritize workflow.
Process certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to the client with appropriate correspondence.
