About The Position

The Account Coordinator is a key member of the Account Team, responsible for keeping projects moving, details tight, and communication flowing. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, naturally proactive, and excited to grow within an agency environment — particularly within the automotive space. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support client deliverables, track projects and budgets, and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The strongest candidates are curious, energetic, and take pride in being the person everyone can rely on. Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Experience with invoicing, job tracking, or basic accounting is a plus
  • Passion for automobiles and interest in the automotive industry is strongly preferred
  • Proactive, organized, attention to detail, enthusiastic
  • Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for direction
  • Comfort working across teams and departments
  • Working knowledge of Apple computer products (computers, tablets, phones).
  • Software skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • A BS or BA degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain client-facing and internal documents that support project execution
  • Research and compile information to support client initiatives and presentations
  • Partner with Account Managers to support and strengthen client relationships
  • Own job tracking, invoice coordination, and vendor request support
  • Route materials internally and maintain organized records of inventories and project documentation
  • Distribute key information to internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Compile client feedback and route updates for internal review and revisions
  • Support special projects and new initiatives as needed
  • Stay current on marketing, advertising, and automotive industry trends
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, maintain team status reports, and manage calendars
  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and publish clear recaps and action items
  • Assist with team travel planning, expenses, and catering coordination
  • Support budget tracking and basic financial reporting
