About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven administrator to join our team as an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting a highly functioning team of account managers while managing numerous tasks at varying stages of the sales cycle. Successful candidates will be able to think analytically, plan and execute routine tasks, respond to unexpected issues and technical requirements, and work effectively with the National Account Manager, Account Specialists and the Senior Vice President.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in system administration and client-relationship management.
  • Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft-based operating systems, Internet tools, telephone systems and software, and other common tools.

  • Working knowledge of database systems

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming client communication and assigning them to appropriate team members
  • Reporting performance metrics for the entire region to the National Account Manager and Senior Vice President
  • Organizing conference calls with clients and prospect clients
  • Coordinating team travel arrangements, logistics and marketing campaigns
  • Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, communication skills, resourcefulness and integrity while understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves
  • Other projects as assigned
