About The Position

The Account Coordinator / Inside Sales professional supports sales operations by managing quotes, orders, and project coordination while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you act as a central liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution, strong customer satisfaction, and sustained sales growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales or sales support capacity, such as inside sales or account coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systems and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of quotes and sales orders, including order entry, order fulfillment, and post-sale support.
  • Provide accurate pricing for standard products and previously sold solutions in a timely manner.
  • Support territory sales goals through proactive planning, forecasting, and consistent follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prospect and assist in developing new customer accounts, contributing to new business growth for approximately 10–20% of the role.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data, account records, and sales reports to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Track order status, project milestones, and installation timelines to ensure on-time delivery and smooth implementation.
  • Send order confirmations and acknowledgments to customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, service issues, and warranty requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate execution of orders and projects.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to support sales efforts and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Attend trade shows and occasional site visits as needed, with some travel required to support customer engagement and account growth.
