About The Position

Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated individual to be an intricate part of our internal sales department. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers. This role is predominantly focused on order entry, project coordination and client service and is ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.

Requirements

  • Degree or experience in business administration, marketing, supply chain or customer service
  • 1+ years of promotional, branded merchandise and/or apparel experience preferred
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and NetSuite software a plus
  • ASI/promotional product industry experience beneficial
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, self-starter and motivated to support the customer
  • Excellent communication, active listening and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, excel and data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate a team-based demeanor, and creative thinking
  • Proficient time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to interact professionally at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of general accounting principles and NetSuite software a plus
  • ASI/promotional product industry experience beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Enter client order details and generate corresponding vendor purchase orders
  • Review and help interpret vendor invoices and order acknowledgments
  • Maintain and update project timelines, order statuses, and internal systems
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to confirm approvals and order details
  • Provide order updates to internal teams and clients as needed
  • Assist in sourcing promotional and branded merchandise solutions
  • Support the development of client presentations and proposals (PowerPoint)
  • Confirm the order shipment with tracking details and monitor for arrival
  • Assist with resolving vendor billing discrepancies and updating ERP systems
  • Support Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day account needs
  • Help ensure all project details are accurate and aligned with client expectations
  • Maintain organized records of projects, orders, and communications
  • Stay current on basic industry trends, products, and processes
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and remain organized
