Manage and coordinate domestic (including Canada) shipments for all the Polymers business lines. To provide superior support and service to customers, both internal and external, through effective management of sales orders, within SAP, throughout the entire supply chain including, logistics, and inventory reconciliation to ensure a timely, accurate delivery and maximizing net return. Manage inventory and replenishment at packaging and bulk warehouses, lease tracks and consignment tracks. Balance customer demands with logistical, financial and product limitations. Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner. Complies with all site safety policies and practices, Polymers Americas safety activities and objectives. Demonstrates safety as a core TotalEnergies value. Order entry process into SAP, order availability check, quota check, credit check, removal of delivery blocks, delivery note processing, batch selection process, shipping, goods issuing and invoicing for all orders in an accurate and timely manner. Process credit and debit memos and prepare summary billed invoices. In addition, if the shipment is "Canada" bound, the Domestic Account Coordinator must provide and obtain shipping information to/from Canadian broker to ensure smooth passage of goods across Canadian border. All work is performed in compliance with SOX regulations. Monitor and control product inventory at customer railroad sidings, lease tracks and warehouses in order to allocate product for each order. Reconcile inventory at end of each month and provide reports to chemical accounting by agreed upon deadline. Coordinate new customer set-up with sales, logistics and credit. Maintain customer master data in SAP. Develop a good working knowledge of the Polymers business. Provide technical information (data sheets/MSDS) and coordinate technical assistance to existing and potential customers. Work with pricing coordinator, credit representative, freight forwarder, customer, and/or salesperson to reconcile invoice pricing discrepancies, while following or adhering to established Polymers Business Rules. Ensure compliance with foreign and domestic laws and regulations, advising management of their impact on profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, including Customers, Sales Personnel, Management, Credit, Technical Service, Plant Shipping, Logistics, Demand Planning, Third Party Warehouses/Distribution Centers, Pricing Coordinators, and the like. This communication is necessary to increase efficiency, exceed customer expectations, to anticipate and/or resolve conflicts, and to comply with established Polymers Business Rules. Provide complete, accurate, and timely feedback to all customers, while maintaining a business awareness of the financial goals of the Polymers product line and TotalEnergies and safeguarding proprietary information. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e. attend staff, departmental, and/or replenishment team meetings, reporting).
