To perform a combination of clerical tasks concerned with the calculating, posting and processing of financial receipts or disbursements. Process accounting related transactions, assess and verify costs, receipt monies and prepare documents for receipt, or disbursement of funds, and perform data entry of transactions and data. Process mail and bond preparation. Perform filing, order and return files from storage, wait on counter and answer phone, prepare reports, and perform related duties. The court administrator is the appointing authority. The account clerk receives direct supervision by the manager of the department.
