About The Position

Account Care Representative
Lexicon is seeking to hire an Account Care Representative in our Account Care department. The Account Care Representative is the bridge between our clients and their attorneys regarding billing and financial matters. This position handles collection of client’s payments in a very customer friendly way. You are committed to excellent customer service!
Work schedule is Monday thru Friday from 10 am - 7 pm.
Hours during training are 8 am - 5 pm. After 90 days and based on performance, this role may offer a hybrid work environment, allowing for some days to work from home.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service setting or in collections
• General math skills
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Obtain payments by notifying clients of account status
• Answer billing questions from both attorneys and their clients
• Work with our internal Client Care Department regarding client concerns
• Update client records when needed
• Communicate with attorneys on a regular basis regarding the status of client accounts
• Professional positive demeanor, team-like/cross function cooperation
• Excellent computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Go above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier on others
