Responsibilities

Be on the front lines, answering calls and helping customers with their account status
Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Work with multiple departments to provide seamless customer support
Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and voicemail
Support your teammates to create an exceptional customer experience
Handle accounts pending closure and ensure positive resolutions
