About The Position

Account Associate, Client Insights - Foodservice Let's be unstoppable together! Learn more at www.circana.com . What will you be doing? As an Account Associate supporting Foodservice industry clients, you will develop a consultative selling relationship with restaurant operators. You will grow business relationships, drive client satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed revenue goals by delivering insightful industry analyses to support clients in developing and executing against their strategic plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
College graduate - Less than 2 years of prior experience in a role that utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients
Experience in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
Experience with Circana data tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools
Advanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationships
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groups
Highly detail oriented - with commitment to total quality and data accuracy

Nice To Haves

Experience with Circana data tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients to drive adoption, and usage of Circana's strategic data sets, etc.
Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana's solutions
Understand our clients' organizations and their business strategies, objectives, and challenges.
Attend/present insights at client meetings.
Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana's proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiences
Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity
Manage creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly ongoing “key insights” presentations and/or deliverables
