This position runs the interactive accommodation process for employees and applicants with medical, disability-related, or religious accommodation needs. Acting as both a case manager and trusted consultant, this role ensures requests are handled consistently, compassionately, and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws (including ADA, ADAAA, PWFA and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act). The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and regulatory expertise with genuine empathy and respect for the employee experience. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and is based in Overland Park, KS
