The University of Notre Dame seeks a collaborative, strategic, and values-driven Accessibility Program Director . In this highly visible role, you will lead institution-wide efforts to advance accessibility, equity, and compliance for faculty, staff, and students, helping ensure that access is not an accommodation afterthought, but a foundational part of how Notre Dame operates. Reporting to the Director of Youth Protection, HR, and Equity Compliance, you will oversee the interactive process for employee accommodations, guide campus partners through complex ADA and Section 504 considerations, and coordinate accessibility initiatives that span physical spaces, digital environments, policies, and practices. You will also provide oversight of the University’s Student Accessibility Grievance Procedure, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and with care. This role blends technical expertise, relationship-building, and strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to influence institutional culture and decision-making at one of the nation’s leading universities.
