About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess a valid state driver’s license
• Have no history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years
• Successfully complete all training and obtain all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site

Nice To Haves

• Prior military, civilian, access control, or security guard experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Screen Employees and Visitors: Perform access control functions to ensure only authorized individuals enter our buildings.
• Maintain Security: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, protect equipment, and control access to our property.
• Professional Interaction: Escort and interact with public and government personnel, and greet employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism.
• Stay Composed: Maintain poise and self-control under stress, and assist emergency personnel as needed.
• Report Writing: Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English.
• Additional Duties: As assigned
