Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid state driver’s license.
Have no history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
Successfully complete all training and obtain all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site.
Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior military, civilian, access control, or security guard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform access control functions to ensure only authorized individuals enter our buildings.
Conduct interior and exterior inspections, protect equipment, and control access to our property.
Escort and interact with public and government personnel, and greet employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism.
Maintain poise and self-control under stress, and assist emergency personnel as needed.
Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
