About The Position

Chenega is seeking dedicated Access Control personnel to join their INSCOM site at Fort Eisenhower, GA. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of facilities. Responsibilities include performing access control functions to ensure only authorized individuals enter buildings, conducting interior and exterior inspections, protecting equipment, and controlling access to property. The position offers a dynamic work environment, growth opportunities, and work-life balance with predictable hours and the possibility of overtime. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Have no history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
• Successfully complete all training and obtain all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site.

Nice To Haves

• Prior military, civilian, access control, or security guard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen Employees and Visitors: Perform access control functions to ensure only authorized individuals enter our buildings.
• Maintain Security: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, protect equipment, and control access to our property.
• Professional Interaction: Escort and interact with public and government personnel, and greet employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism.
• Stay Composed: Maintain poise and self-control under stress, and assist emergency personnel as needed.
• Report Writing: Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English.
• Additional Duties: As assigned
