This role focuses exclusively on equipping new technicians with the sales skills, behaviors, and confidence required to succeed in the field. Technicians travel from markets nationwide to attend the Academy, making this a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue performance, customer experience, and technician readiness. The Sales Trainer partners closely with technical trainers, operations, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless transition from classroom learning to in-market execution
