Performs various administrative and technical support for the Vice President and Associate Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs. Requirements

Associates degree in business management, computer science/technology, or other related discipline.
Three (3) years experience in responsible office or business management activities.

Nice To Haves

Strong technical skills with experience using current Microsoft Office applications, Canva, Constant Contact, and familiarity with Banner SCT and TargetX functions.
Human Resources knowledge and experience working with onboarding and hiring paperwork.
Knowledge of academic operations within higher education.
Ability to work with accuracy and an attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Knowledge of English, spelling and arithmetic.
Knowledge of office record keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

Assists in the planning and execution of the Early College and Workforce Development programs and events.
Serves as a main point of contact for the Administration Suite, greeting individuals arriving for appointments, and assisting students, staff, faculty, and vendors with questions. Refers individuals to appropriate departments.
In conjunction with the Early College Coordinator, builds and maintains Early College at the High School courses and adds new Early College at the High School faculty in Banner.
In conjunction with the Workforce Development Coordinator, builds and maintains trainings and workshops.
Creates and maintains reports as needed.
Assists the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs and the Associate Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs in the coordination of Academic & Student Affairs policies and procedures.
Processes onboarding paperwork for adjunct faculty, Workforce Development Instructors and Early College at the High School faculty, including preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation related to the hiring and payment providing adjunct payroll manifests to Director of Accounting and Finance.
Creates Early College contracts for faculty partners and collects necessary documents to submit to the system office to process payments.
Gathers and summarizes data to prepare Instructional Services, Educational Services and Additional Educational Services contracts and prepares payroll manifests and bi-weekly manifest invoices.
Gathers and summarizes data to prepare Educational Service and Additional Educational Services contracts for all Workforce Development Workshops and Industry Trainings.
Provides Badgr certificates to workshop students using the Badgr platform.
Provides completion certificates to LNA students and Medical Assistant Training students.
Works with IOTA to organize and send student evaluations for all semester courses.
Maintains email lists for direct ASA office use, for full-time and adjunct faculty and staff to communicate Academic & Student Affairs policies and procedures, college policies and procedures and the current Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Provides support in planning end of the year events and orientations
Updates program information on NH Works website for WIOA eligible programs.
Serves on campus committees.
Complies with all college, system, state and federal rules and regulations.
Other related duties as assigned.
