The Academic Services Administrator – NCLEX Success for the College of Nursing serves as the primary administrative lead for NCLEX preparation, licensure coordination, and post-graduation outcomes within the Prelicensure Nursing Program. This position ensures that students are prepared for licensure and that all administrative, regulatory, and data-tracking processes related to the NCLEX are efficiently managed. This role monitors predictive assessment data, identifies students at risk for NCLEX challenges, and coordinates structured intervention strategies in collaboration with Student Success Facilitators and other support staff. The Administrator oversees NCLEX preparation activities, licensure compliance, submission of required documentation, and post-graduation follow-up to track exam scheduling and pass-rate outcomes. Serving as the primary liaison to the Florida Board of Nursing, the Administrator maintains current knowledge of licensure requirements, facilitates compliance processes, and supports students with licensure procedures. Through proactive outreach, systematic data tracking, and coordination with faculty and staff, this position directly supports student success, licensure achievement, and the operational objectives of the College of Nursing.
