The Manager Academic Research Partnership (MARP) within Human Resources is responsible for overseeing new and existing Internship relationships including Department of Energy, Academic institutions and other funding agencies talent programs. (EG: DOE, DOD programs, & Academic Institutions talent development programs). The goal of this position is to develop a talent pipeline for both program sponsors mission goals and to expand & maintain qualified talent pipeline for Savannah River National Lab. This will include maintaining relationships and executing on agreed talent partnerships with funding agencies and academic partners. The MARP will manage these efforts and report to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
