About The Position

The Marketing Operations Manager for the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Centre of Excellence plays a critical role in shaping both the current and future state of ABM at Autodesk. You will ensure that ABM-related workflows and standards are operationally aligned with key business partners, evolving KPIs, and long-term strategies—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and teams across the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (strategy, execution, and measurement) in a B2B environment, preferably within tech or SaaS
  • Strong ability to build trust-based, transparent, and effective relationships with sales stakeholders
  • Execution-oriented with a strategic mindset; capable of balancing immediate actions with long-term vision
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Experience working with international teams and navigating global marketing operations
  • Proficient in data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and workflow automation using modern Martech tools

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense
  • Insights or experience in using AI in a marketing or ABM context

Responsibilities

  • Act as a self-driven contributor within a lean, high-impact team, helping build and scale the foundation of ABM excellence at Autodesk
  • Lead and execute projects that connect marketing workflows with data, systems, and marketing technology
  • Collaborate on initiatives that optimize ABM workflows and align them with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to drive scalable business impact
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams across regions to ensure operational alignment
  • Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for performance measurement
  • Support training and certification plans for all ABM Experts at Autodesk to ensure the organisation meets required skills for today and tomorrow

  • Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
  • For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $85,200 and $146,960.
  • Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
  • In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
