About the Role: Planet is looking for a passionate, innovative ABM Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the North America Civil Government business. Reporting to the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the account-based marketing (ABM) programs to accelerate pipeline and drive engagement within our priority accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to design and execute 1:1 and 1:few marketing programs across multiple channels, including bespoke events and personalized digital campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our San Francisco HQ or our Arlington office 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2G marketing experience, executing ABM, regional, field and demand generation programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience creating and executing ABM marketing strategies
  • Experience planning high-touch, bespoke events and experiences
  • Experience leveraging AI to scale personalized content and account research

  • Success in creating and executing comprehensive ABM programs into the public sector market that drove pipeline and revenue
  • A track record of building strong partnerships with sales teams to align on account strategies, goals, and tactics
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple, ongoing programs under deadline, with an eye on business impact
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and launch campaigns, track campaign effectiveness, monitor engagement and track ROI of event channels for future planning

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to develop 1:1 and 1:few ABM marketing plans that drive engagement and pipeline within our priority government accounts
  • Build and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to specific personas within target accounts.
  • Lead the strategy and execution for bespoke events and experiences
  • Influence marketing pipeline metrics and other key performance indicators
